My coaching is designed for busy men who want to get leaner, stronger and fitter without their life revolving around the gym.


Most of the guys I work with are in their 30s and 40s. They’ve got careers, families, responsibilities…and they’re fed up with feeling out of shape despite “trying a bit of everything”.


If you want structure, accountability and a proven plan that fits into a real life schedule, you’ll do very well here.


Results depend on where you’re starting and how consistent you are. Most clients typically:


• Lose 6–12kg of body fat.
• Build noticeable muscle.
• Improve fitness and energy levels.
• Develop habits that actually stick.


The goal isn’t a quick fix. It’s building a physique and lifestyle you can maintain long-term.


You get a fully personalised coaching system built around you.

This includes:


• A tailored training programme.
• Personalised nutrition targets.
• Weekly check-ins and progress reviews.
• Ongoing support and accountability.
• Adjustments based on your progress.
• Access to my full coaching resources.


The aim is simple: remove the guesswork so you can focus on executing the plan.

Some clients are beginners.
Others have trained for years but never followed a structured plan.


Either way, the coaching is built around your current level so you can progress safely and confidently.

You’ll receive calorie and macro guidance along with practical nutrition strategies so you can build meals that work for you.


This means you can still enjoy meals out, social events and normal life without feeling like you’re “on a diet”.


Because let’s be honest…if a plan only works in perfect conditions, it’s useless.


Check-ins are done weekly via Loom and I offer video calls whenever they're needed.


This is where we review your progress, training performance, nutrition adherence and any challenges you’ve had that week.


Based on this, I’ll make the adjustments needed to keep things moving forward.


This is person and goal dependant. 


Real progress takes time.


Most clients work with me for at least 6 months to achieve meaningful body composition changes and establish strong habits.


The longer we work together, the more we can refine and optimise your results.


Life happens. The plan adapts.


Training programmes can be adjusted for travel, busy work periods, or limited equipment.


Coaching is a commitment on both sides.


Because of the time and planning involved, payments are non-refundable once coaching has started.


That said, if you’re willing to follow the process, I’ll do everything possible to help you get results.
