I’m not here to give you another generic plan you’ll follow for two weeks and then sack off.


I coach busy men who want to rebuild a lean, strong, athletic body - without living like a bodybuilder.


Men who’ve done alright in life, but their body’s gone the other way.


Work’s taken over. Training’s inconsistent. Food’s all over the place.

Over the years, I’ve worked with men in their 30s and 40s juggling:


  • long work days
  • family life
  • stress
  • zero structure
     

They don’t need more motivation.

They need a system.

A way to train properly.
A way to eat without overthinking.
A way to stay consistent when life’s busy.


That’s what I coach.

The guys I coach aren’t usually beginners.


They’re:

  • training 3–4 times a week already
  • trying to “eat better”
  • doing bits of cardio here and there
     

But nothing’s changing.

They’re stuck in that middle ground.

Not out of shape enough to panic.
Not in shape enough to feel confident.


That’s the gap I fix.

My philosophy...

Who I work with...

You don’t need extremes.

You don’t need to train 6 days a week.
You don’t need to cut out every food you enjoy.
You don’t need to “start again on Monday” every week.

You need structure.

You need consistency.
You need a plan that actually fits your life.


That’s how you get lean.
That’s how you stay lean.
