I have been an in person trainer catering to all abilities for over 10 years, starting in the small seaside town of Worthing, UK.
My love for coaching took me to London, training celebrities and high profile clients around the Mayfair area, helping them get into the shape of their lives.
A few years later, the job saw me move over to Dubai to continue working with high profile clients all over the Emirate.
I continue to train clients in person in gyms around Dubai, alongside helping people all over the world through the Online Coaching process.

I believe life should be enjoyed. I also believe that to enjoy the best quality of life, your health and fitness should be a priority.
I believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing.
I take an evidence based approach to training, focusing hard on nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness ensuring the entire process is personalised to the client.

No, you don't need any prior coaching experience to work with me. I've worked with everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. Whatever your experience level, I meet you exactly where you're at.
No, you don't have to have a gym member to be coached by me. I will write home workouts utilising home equipment or bodyweight to ensure your workouts are efficient.
Yes, I offer virtual training sessions for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home.
Being coached online is like having a personal trainer in your pocket.
I will oversee your diet through the whole process, making adjustment exactly whens needed to ensure you progress at the right rate.
You'll collect data throughout the week using my detailed progress tracker which ill review and give feedback for.
We'll catch up regularly through the week to make sure you have right support daily.
We'll have a fortnightly call to talk through goals, and any other adjustments that may need to be made.
Training sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of programme and individual needs.
